Founded in 1987, Flint Timber focuses on the strategic acquisition, management and sale of land in the path of growth. Our land assemblages are generally large tracts of up to 5000 acres, uniquely beautiful, and located throughout the State of Georgia.
By introducing proven land management practices, Flint Timber develops a blue print for each property, designed to improve its value over time. We apply ecologically and economically sound principles through this active stewardship, with the ultimate goal of leaving healthy lands for the use of future generations.
