Coosawattee River Resort is a gated community. To view the property, simply call

From Atlanta:
Go I-75 north, through Marietta, and bear right on to I-575, then, from that
point, follow I-575 and Appalachian Hwy 515 straight north for 49 miles to
intersection of Hwy 382 on left, then go Hwy 382 west 1.5 miles to Conoco
Station on left, then left at Conoco station ( continuing on Hwy 382 west ) for
.3 mile to Coosawattee River Resort entrance on right.
From Blue Ridge:
Go south on US 76, ( Hwy 515 ) into Ellijay and the McDonald’s on right, then
right at McDonald’s for .8 miles to the intersection of Industrial Blvd, then
left on Industrial Blvd, immediately cross the river, and take a left at traffic
light on State Rt. 5 Alt., continue on State Rt. 5 alt. for 3 miles to Conoco
Station on right, right at Conoco station ( onto Hwy 382 west ) and go .3 mile
to Coosawattee River Resort entrance on the right.
Directions to Talking Rock Creek RV Resort

Talking Rock Creek RV Resort is a gated community. You must call ahead to

From Atlanta:
Go I-75 north, through Cartersville, and exit I-75 at Hwy 411 ( Chatsworth,
White exit ), then follow 411 north 25 miles to intersection of Hwy 136, then go
right (east) on Hwy 136 l.6 miles to Talking Rock Creek Properties on right.
From Dalton:
Go Hwy 52 east to Chatsworth and the intersection of Hwy 411, then right (south)
on 411 to the intersection of Hwy 136, then left (east) on Hwy 136 1.6 miles to
Talking Rock Creek Properties on right.
Marietta-Canton Route:
Take I-75 North from Atlanta, then north on I-575-Appalachian Hwy 515 to Jasper,
cross over Highway 53 , then continue straight on Hwy 515 approx. 1/2 mile to
intersection of Ga. 136,go left on 136 for approx. 2-1/2 miles, then bear
right continuing on Ga. 136 ( NOT 136C ) another approximate 8 miles to
intersection of Hwy 382 , then continue west on Ga. 136 ( NOT 382 ) for
approximately 6 miles to Talking Rock Creek Properties on left. If you come to
Highway 411, you have gone 1.6 miles too far.
Directions to Buckhorn
Note:

From Atlanta:
Go north on I-75 through Marietta and bear to the right on I-575, then follow
I-575 and Appalachian Hwy 515 straight north for 54 miles into Ellijay and the
McDonald’s on left, then from McDonald’s, continue north on Hwy 515 5.6 miles to
Whitepath Road on left, then left on Whitepath Road for 1.4 miles to Buckhorn
entrance on left.
From Blue Ridge:
Go south on US 76 ( Hwy 515 ) to the intersection of Whitepath Road on right (if
you come to Turnip Town Creek, you have gone 1.4 miles too far), then right on
Whitepath Road for 1.4 miles to Buckhorn entrance on left.
Directions to Mountaintown
Mountaintown is a 1,350 acre, heavily wooded tract with 6 miles of frontage
on the Coosawattee River and Mountaintown Creek. Shown by appointment only with
